At Tech Tees, every item is printed after you order it. No warehouse, no overstock, no guessing what to stock. Here's how your order reaches you.
Where we print
Locally, wherever you are. Australian orders are printed in Australia; US orders are printed in the US.
That means no customs delays on domestic orders, and a much shorter wait than the overseas warehouses most novelty apparel ships from.
How long it takes
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Delivery within Australia: 2–5 business days after production
- Typical total: 5–10 business days
International estimates, after production:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 5–15 business days
Orders aren't produced on weekends or public holidays. These are estimates — location, seasonal demand and postal delays can move them. Production times lengthen in November and December.
Shipping costs
Australia: free on orders over $80. Below that, a flat $7.99.
International rates are calculated at checkout by destination and shown before you pay. Additional items in the same order ship at a reduced rate.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may attract local customs duties or import taxes. These are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the price you pay us. Check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Tracking
You'll get an order confirmation by email at checkout, then a second email with a tracking link once your order ships.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, email serviceteam@techtees.co and we'll chase it. If it can't be found, we'll reprint or refund.
Wrong size, damage or defects
Wrong size: email us within 30 days and we'll print the correct size and send it free. No need to post anything back. One exchange per order.
Damaged, defective or incorrect: email within 30 days with a photo. Once confirmed, you choose a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to return the item.
Change of mind: because each item is made to order, we can't refund change-of-mind or colour-preference orders.
