📦 How can I track my order?
Easy! Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Click the link or pop your order number into our tracking page. Give it 24-48 hours after shipping for the info to kick in.
🔄 Do you offer refunds or returns?
Got a damaged, wonky, or wrong item? Email us at serviceteam@techtees.co within 30 days with a photo and we'll sort you out with a replacement or refund. But heads up - since we print your tee just for you, we can't take returns for "oops, wrong size" or "changed my mind." Double-check that size chart!
🚚 How long does shipping/delivery take?
Domestic: 4-7 days. International: 7-14 days. We'll spend 2-5 days printing your masterpiece, then it's off to you with tracking!
